TRAVEL

T R A V E L...getting out there, alone, with friends, making new friends, many people say travel is the only thing you buy that gives you more back in return for what you paid. I’ve spent my entire life travelling. I started alone at 15, moved to another country, lived with strangers. I think it prepared me for all the bumps and turns life throws at you. I am capable of dealing with adversity, walking into a room full of people I love or a room full of people I don’t know. I’m even okay with people that may not like me or judge me. That last part may not be that I’ve travelled so much, and more that I’ve started new things with new people many times, but in most of those examples it was in new places.

I guess I’m trying to say, if you feel judged, self conscious, uncomfortable around new places, people and things...the very best thing you can do is face that fear as much and as often as possible. I think you’d find, you feel stronger and less concerned with what people think. It’s worked for me BTW- this is the new @restorationhardwarefanpage restaurant in Yorkdale. It’s gorgeous l!🥂 & I’m wearing a modern version of the Canadian Tuxedo Tap for outfit details
